From Western Long Island: Take Sunrise Highway (27) East. Take exit 53 for Route 112. This will put you on the service road. Go through the light (cross over Route 112). Take your first right onto Annanias Avenue. The Church will be on your right. Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 64 for Route 112. Turn right on Route 112 and go south. Follow Route 112 South to the south service road for Sunrise Highway. Make a left onto the service road. Make your first right onto Annanias Avenue. The Church will be on your right.

From Eastern Long Island: Take Sunrise Highway (27) West. Take exit 53 for Route 112. Make a left onto Route 112. At the next light, get into the left lane and make a left. You are now on the service road. Make your first right onto Annanias Avenue. The Church will be on your right. Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 64 for Route 112. Turn left on Route 112 and go south. Follow Route 112 South to the south service road for Sunrise Highway. Make a left onto the service road. Make your first right onto Annanias Avenue. The Church will be on your right.
